Symptom	It takes a long time for terminals to obtain IP addresses.
Condition	There is a probability that this problem occurs when the following conditions are met: The device functions as a DHCP server. Two VLANs are created, and interface address pools are configured for the corresponding VLANIF interfaces. A terminal obtains an IP address from the interface address pool of one VLAN, and then attempts to renew the IP address lease from the interface address pool of another VLAN.
Impact	Services are adversely affected.
